We use The Courier Guy for our shipping. Parcels are sent from Hermanus and can take 2 to 5 working days to reach you. We offer 3 options: Standard delivery 2 to 5 days depending on your location, Overnight delivery 2 to 3 days depending on your location and free standard delivery for all orders exceeding R950. If the parcel is not going directly to you or you, please ensure the recipient contact number is entered into the comments field.
We do not ship parcels outside of South Africa. Should you be overseas and need item/s from our store, you may arrange your own courier to collect from the Hermanus offices by arrangements. This is, however, very expensive.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and Refunds will only be considered for items that are in their original condition and still have all labels and tags attached.
It will be your responsibility to courier the item back to us.
In the unlikely event you feel your product was faulty and it is within a reasonable timeframe, you can request to return the item to us. Fortunately in the time I have had my store since 2015, I have never had this situation as the products are of such high quality.
Safety and Care
Safety and Care recommendations will be attached to the toy itself, on a hangtag, when it arrives with you. Please do keep this hangtag for future reference.
